The program will take you through a 20 day program to add 20 minutes of yoga into your life and create lifestyle changes to help you stay fit and healthy with anything that happens during the year.

  • 2 20-30 minute gentle flow/restorative yoga videos.
  • Daily yoga pose tips and inspiration to keep you motivated through your journey.

Pam Josifek has been teaching group fitness classes including core, cardio, and strength training for over 15 years. She added Yoga in to her fitness routine as a means to relax and increase her flexibility. As she experimented with different styles of Yoga, she fell in love with the flowing movements of vinyasa yoga. She was amazed at how quickly her muscles loosened up and how meditative it was to move from pose to pose during practice.

Through yoga and strength based classes, Pam is inspired to help people gain physical strength and endurance while finding the emotional balance in their life. She understands through years of career and personal challenges how important it is to find that balance and loves to help others live a strong, healthy, and fit life.

Pam’s favorite yoga classes to teach are a Slow Vinyasa Flow class that is a physically challenging yet achievable for all levels and also Restorative where her students have the ability to work on their mindfulness while gravity works on the body. Pam's favorite poses are the standing balance poses: Eagle, Tree, and Dancer because of the physical and mental training that can be practiced.
