Pam Josifek

Pam Josifek has been teaching group fitness classes including core, cardio, and strength training for over 15 years. She added Yoga in to her fitness routine as a means to relax and increase her flexibility. As she experimented with different styles of Yoga, she fell in love with the flowing movements of vinyasa yoga. She was amazed at how quickly her muscles loosened up and how meditative it was to move from pose to pose during practice.

Through yoga and strength based classes, Pam is inspired to help people gain physical strength and endurance while finding the emotional balance in their life. She understands through years of career and personal challenges how important it is to find that balance and loves to help others live a strong, healthy, and fit life.

Pam’s favorite yoga classes to teach are a Slow Vinyasa Flow class that is a physically challenging yet achievable for all levels and also Restorative where her students have the ability to work on their mindfulness while gravity works on the body. Pam's favorite poses are the standing balance poses: Eagle, Tree, and Dancer because of the physical and mental training that can be practiced.

Frequently Asked Questions


What if I've never done yoga before - can I do this program?
Yes you can – we will work through beginner level yoga poses with options for more advanced poses toward the middle to the end of the program. I will also describe how to get into and out of the poses in detail as well as give options for different levels.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 10 days and we will give you a full refund.
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment needed. If you have a yoga mat that is wonderful - but all you really need is a place to work out where you can get up and down off the floor.
What is HIIT? Yoga HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training - Short, intense, bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests.  This type of training creates a metabolic change which can result in the body burning calories at a higher rate up to 48-72 hours later. Yoga HIIT combines the benefits of a yoga practice as we warm up the body and the utilize yoga inspired/body weight moves to create the interval training. We end with a yoga based cool down.
What if I can't start on Monday?
No worries - the videos will be there for you to start when you are ready! The program is set to take you through the videos a your own pace.
What do I do on Tuesday and Thursday?
Since HIIT is most effective if it is done 2 or 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays (or the days in between the HIIT days) are for moderate activity of your choice (a 20-30 minute walk, slow flow yoga, or any form of moderate exercise you prefer to do).
